Somatic Therapy is a body-based approach to psychotherapy that recognizes the connection between the mind, body, emotions, and nervous system.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we also pay attention to physical sensations, breathing, posture, movement, and the subtle ways your body responds throughout our conversations.
This isn't about analysing your body.
It's about learning to listen to it.
