Burnout Therapy for Adults in Ontario

WHEN PUSHING THROUGH IS NO LONGER WORKING

WHAT BURNOUT CAN LOOK LIKE

Burnout affects more than energy levels. It can show up as:

  • Increased irritability 
  • Loss of motivation 
  • Difficulty concentrating 
  • Physical tension, headaches, or digestive issues

Burnout is not a sign of weakness. It is often a signal that your mind and body have been carrying more than they can sustainably hold.

Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that may be contributing to overwhelm and exhaustion.


Many people experiencing burnout have learned to prioritize productivity, achievement, or caring for others while ignoring their own needs. Our work helps create space to reconnect with yourself, strengthen boundaries, and develop a more sustainable way of living.
