Spiritual therapy creates space to explore life's deeper questions while integrating evidence-based psychotherapy, honouring your beliefs, values, and unique understanding of healing.
Whether your spirituality is rooted in faith, nature, mindfulness, Creator, God, Source, or simply a longing to understand yourself more deeply, spiritually integrated psychotherapy offers space to explore the questions that matter most. Together, we can gently explore meaning, purpose, belonging, and healing while honouring your unique beliefs, values, and lived experience.
There are moments in life when traditional conversations about anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief naturally lead to deeper questions.
Why am I here?
What gives my life meaning?
How do I move forward after loss?
How do I reconnect with myself?
For some people, these questions are deeply spiritual. For others, they are simply part of being human.
To me, spirituality is not about following a particular religion or belief system. It is about feeling connected to something greater than ourselves, however that is understood by each individual.
For one person, that may be God. For another, Creator, Source, nature, universal consciousness, or simply a deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
Spiritually integrated psychotherapy creates space for these conversations without expectation, judgment, or agenda. My role is never to tell you what to believe. Instead, I support you in exploring what feels true, meaningful, and authentic for you.

Spiritually integrated psychotherapy may be supportive if you are:
Whether you identify with a particular faith, consider yourself spiritual but not religious, follow Indigenous teachings, practise mindfulness or meditation, or are simply curious about life's deeper questions, you are welcome here.
My role is not to tell you what to believe or to guide you toward any particular spiritual path. Instead, I offer a compassionate space where your beliefs, experiences, and questions are respected, and where we can explore together what feels most meaningful and authentic for you.
Healing isn't about having all the answers. More often, it's about creating space for the questions that matter most and discovering that you don't have to explore them alone.
When spirituality is integrated into psychotherapy in a way that feels right for you, it can support healing by helping you:
I believe spirituality is deeply personal. For some people, healing may involve prayer or faith. For others, it may be found through mindfulness, time in nature, meditation, cultural traditions, or simply reconnecting with a sense of inner wisdom. There is no right or wrong way to experience spirituality.
Together, we create a space where your beliefs are honoured, your questions are welcomed, and your healing unfolds in a way that feels authentic to you.
Every person's journey is unique, and there is no single path to healing. While each experience is different, many clients describe leaving sessions with a greater sense of clarity, connection, and self-understanding.
Through spiritually integrated psychotherapy, clients often experience:
Healing doesn't require you to have a particular belief system or all the answers. My hope is to offer a compassionate space where you can explore what feels true for you, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater confidence, authenticity, and peace.
Over the years, my understanding of spirituality hasn't changed as much as it has deepened. Through my own experiences, studies, and personal healing, I've come to believe that spirituality isn't about having all the answers or following a particular path. It's about connection.
To me, spirituality is the quiet knowing that we are connected to something greater than ourselves, however we choose to understand that. Whether that connection is through God, Creator, Source, nature, faith, mindfulness, or simply a deep sense of inner wisdom, I believe it can remind us that we are never truly alone.
One of the greatest privileges of this work is walking alongside people as they explore life's bigger questions. Together, we may wonder about purpose, meaning, belonging, forgiveness, hope, or what comes next after loss or change. My role is to walk beside you as your own answers begin to unfold.
My hope is that, through our work together, you leave feeling more connected to yourself, your values, and whatever gives your life a sense of meaning. Because healing doesn't always come from finding certainty. Sometimes, it begins by remembering that you don't have to walk the journey alone.

Spiritually integrated psychotherapy is an evidence-based approach that creates space to explore not only your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, but also questions of meaning, purpose, connection, and personal beliefs. Rather than focusing on a particular religion or spiritual practice, it honours your unique worldview and supports you in exploring what feels authentic and meaningful to you.
No. Spiritual therapy is not tied to any one religion, faith, or belief system. Whether you identify as religious, spiritual, both, or neither, our work together begins with understanding your beliefs and experiences. My role is never to influence your beliefs, but to provide a compassionate space where they are respected and explored if they are important to you.
Absolutely. Many people who seek spiritually integrated psychotherapy don't identify with a particular religion. They may simply be exploring questions about purpose, identity, values, relationships, grief, or what gives their life meaning. These conversations are welcomed without expectation or judgment.
Yes. Spirituality doesn't replace psychotherapy—it can become one meaningful part of the therapeutic process when it feels appropriate for you. Depending on your goals, I may also integrate approaches such as Compassionate Inquiry®, somatic therapy, mindfulness, or person-centred psychotherapy, always with your consent and at a pace that feels supportive.
That's completely okay. Spirituality is never imposed or assumed. While my own work is informed by a deep respect for spirituality, our sessions are guided by your goals, your comfort level, and what feels most supportive for you. If spirituality isn't something you wish to explore, we simply won't make it the focus of our work together.
Absolutely. Many people begin therapy feeling uncertain about their beliefs or questioning what gives their life meaning. Spiritually integrated psychotherapy doesn't require certainty. Instead, it creates space to explore your questions with curiosity and compassion, allowing your own understanding to develop naturally over time.
Spiritually integrated psychotherapy is never about changing your beliefs or having all the answers. It's about creating space to explore what feels meaningful, authentic, and true for you. Together, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable, honouring your experiences, your values, and your unique path toward healing.
Healing is rarely one-dimensional. Depending on your needs and goals, spiritually integrated psychotherapy can be thoughtfully integrated with other evidence-based approaches that support healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
Together, we'll explore which approaches best support your goals, creating a therapy experience that honours your unique path toward healing.
Life's deeper questions don't always have immediate answers, and that's okay. Healing isn't about having everything figured out. It's about creating space to explore, to reflect, and to reconnect with what matters most to you.
Whether you're searching for meaning after loss, reconnecting with your faith, exploring your spirituality, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, you don't have to navigate that journey alone.
My hope is that, through our work together, you come to experience what I believe so deeply: that healing begins when we remember we are never truly alone.
Whether you're searching for meaning, reconnecting with your spirituality, or simply longing to feel more connected to yourself, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
If you're curious about whether spiritually integrated psychotherapy is the right fit for you, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you. Together, we'll create a space where your experiences, beliefs, and healing journey are met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
