Reiki means Universal Life Energy. There is energy flowing through all living things and this knowledge has been found in many cultures for thousands of years. Our life force energy impacts our wellbeing in a variety of ways. Reiki is an energy that works on the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual level. The technique increases one’s life force energy bringing the body into balance promoting a healthier life
Every person experiences Reiki rather differently. Some people may feel heat, tingling, and a variety of other bodily sensations. Other people share that they smell things such as fresh baked cookies. I've had other clients report seeing colors and shadows. Some clients have experienced huge amounts of emotional release. Every experience is unique with no two sessions being the same.
Michelle is the very best Reiki healer I have ever been to. Michelle is very compassionate caring and highly skilled. It is a transformational experience. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone. Trish
I felt that Michelle was able to see inside my heart and connected with my sadness. It helped me a great deal in understanding why I experience the feelings I have. Since then, I have had more patience with myself and my feelings. Deb
I just want to thank Michelle for the healing work she did for my mother, not only did she look forward to her treatments every week they were soothing very comforting for her. As for our family, it was a blessing just knowing Michelle was there to help! Kim
~ All My Relations ~
I am a Métis woman, and my people come from the Abenaki First Nation in Kebec (Quebec). I was born in Mi'kma'ki (Halifax, Nova Scotia), the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi'kmaq People. However, I call Nottawasaga (Wasaga Beach, Ontario) - the traditional territory of the Anishnaabe people of the Three Fires Confederacy home. I want to acknowledge that I am currently working, living, and playing on the traditional territories of the Ta’an Kwäch’än Council and the Kwanlin Dün First Nation (Whitehorse, Yukon).
