Kundalini yoga is the fastest way to get spiritually fit. It is the yoga of awareness focusing on the breath to regulate the nervous system and cleanse the body. Physical postures are utilized to increase flexibility, strength, and endurance. Kundalini yoga also uses the healing effects of sound through music and mantra. Practicing Kundalini yoga increases the signs of awareness, balances the emotions, heightens energy levels and lung capacity for better breathing. Kundalini yoga is sometimes referred to as the science of the serpent power and the serpent represents energy, essence, awareness, rejuvenation, and the play of the spirit.
